By accessing or using DoSurely, you agree to these Terms of Service and any policies incorporated by reference, including our Privacy Policy and Acceptable Use Policy.
If you use DoSurely on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms. You are responsible for ensuring your organization’s users comply with these Terms.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials and for activities occurring under your account. You must promptly notify DoSurely of unauthorized use or suspected security incidents affecting your account.
DoSurely provides software tools for checklist workflows, assignments, scheduling, approvals, reporting, and related operational use cases. We may modify, improve, or discontinue features from time to time.
You may use DoSurely only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, or use it in ways prohibited by our Acceptable Use Policy.
As between you and DoSurely, you retain rights to the data and content you or your organization submit to the service, subject to the rights needed for us to operate, secure, and support the service.
You grant DoSurely a limited license to host, process, transmit, and display customer data solely as needed to provide the services and fulfill legal obligations.
Paid plans may renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing period. You are responsible for applicable fees, taxes, and charges associated with your subscription.
Billing, cancellation, and refund practices are described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
We may suspend or limit access if we reasonably believe use of the service violates these Terms, creates security or legal risk, or threatens service integrity. Either party may terminate service according to the applicable subscription or agreement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DoSurely is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DoSurely and its affiliates, officers, employees, and suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, or data arising from or related to the service.
Any aggregate liability will be limited to the amounts paid by the customer for the service during the period specified in the applicable agreement or, if no agreement applies, the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless DoSurely and its affiliates from claims, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the service, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law, to the extent permitted by law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [STATE], without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the services will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in [COUNTY], [STATE], and the parties consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in those courts.
