This policy describes how subscription cancellation, renewals, and refund requests are handled for DoSurely.

Subscription Renewals and Cancellation

Paid subscriptions may renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled before renewal. Cancellation typically stops future billing for subsequent periods, subject to the terms of your plan or contract.

Refund Policy

DoSurely does not provide automatic prorated or retroactive refunds unless required by applicable law or expressly stated in a written agreement.

Refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, including for duplicate charges, billing errors, or exceptional service issues.

Non-Refundable Charges

Except where required by law or agreed in writing, fees for completed billing periods, implementation or onboarding services, and one-time service charges are generally non-refundable.

How to Cancel

If your organization uses self-serve billing, cancellations can typically be managed through the web billing portal. If you do not have access to billing controls, contact your account owner or DoSurely support.

Requesting Billing Support or Refund Review

Contact contact@dosurely.com with your organization name, invoice or charge details, and the reason for the request.

Effect of Cancellation

Cancellation may affect future access to paid features after the current billing period ends. Data retention and access after cancellation may depend on your subscription terms, plan, and applicable law.
