General Use Requirements

You must use DoSurely lawfully, responsibly, and in a manner that does not interfere with the service, security, or other users.

Prohibited Activities

  • Illegal activity, fraud, or deceptive practices.
  • Unauthorized access attempts, credential misuse, or privilege escalation.
  • Disrupting service availability, integrity, or performance.
  • Uploading malware, malicious code, or harmful payloads.
  • Using the service to harass, threaten, or abuse others.
  • Infringing intellectual property or privacy rights.

Security Misuse

You may not probe, scan, test, or attempt to bypass security controls or network protections except with explicit written authorization from DoSurely.

Content and Data Responsibility

You are responsible for ensuring that content and data submitted to DoSurely are lawful, accurate to the extent required by your use case, and authorized for processing through the service.

Enforcement

DoSurely may investigate suspected violations and may suspend or restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the service, customers, or third parties, subject to applicable law and contract terms.
